How much are you prepared to pay
to protect your data
£1000 or £5000
or £5,000,000 ??
Most of the time the response would be 'it's invaluable',
so surely you would pay just £75 or less ?

| KeyDrive from Secure Technology |
KeyDrive is a simple to use, simple to set up, but very secure
method of protecting sensitive data from prying eyes on either
a notebook or network drive.
KeyDrive Features
- Two Factor Authentication - one of the strongest
and most accepted security mechanisms in corporates. Both
factors are required for successful access.
- Personal Factor (something only you know)
Simple, easy to remember and fast to enter pincode
- External Factor (something only you possess)
Individually unique USB token or key
- Secure Virtual Drive - data is encrypted / decrypted
on the fly from a secure virtual drive using one of the
fastest and most secure algorithms available. Enter a pincode
and insert the USB key and the drive is made available to
Windows Explorer or applications. Take the key out and it
disappears!
- Administrator Recovery Process - if the user loses
their key, forgets their pincode or leaves the company then
the data can be recovered through a secure process.
- Secure notebook or network drives - mobile workers
store data on local notebook drives; office based workers
store data on the network where access rights may be available
to 'junior' members of the company organisation. Protect
both with KeyDrive.

Data Security is an ever
increasing part of business life - it is the direct
responsibility of every employee to ensure that
their data is secure at all times.
When you are away from the
LAN working on a laptop you will almost certainly
be saving data locally.

How do you secure your data?
KeyDrive from Secure Technology is the answer, a very simple
but very secure solution based on 'two factor security'. KeyDrive's
two factor approach employs something a user knows - a 4 digit
PIN code. And something a user has - a USB key. Both of these
need to be used in combination to access the protected information.
How does it work?
Plug the key into a USB connection on your laptop and you
will be prompted for a PIN No. This login information is verified
and if correct access is granted to you secure KeyDrive on
your laptop - if the key is removed from the USB port or an
invalid PIN code is entered access is denied. Any application
saving to the secure KeyDrive area will automatically have
its data encrypted and is decrypted when loaded back into
the application. The KeyDrive area can also be created on
a network drive to ensure corporate data is fully protected.
