Perle's range of Remote Access Servers, designed for enterprises
and service providers, are feature-rich. Each product offers
remote users fast and reliable access to Ethernet LAN resources,
just as if they were directly connected to the network. Perle
have withdrawn their RAS servers from the European market
as they fail to comply with the RoHS directive (Restriction
of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment
2002/95/EC).
As of 1st July 2006, these products will only be imported
for service replacements. XCOMM can facilitate service replacements
or advise you on alternative solutions.
